Stevey J has witnessed first-hand the power rejuvenation holds to completely transform people's lives.

Stevey J was heavily involved in the health industry, serving 100,000s women through multiple gym business from 2003 up to 2018.

In 2015 Stevey J McGeown embodied rejuvenation when he ran 100 marathons in 100 consecutive days (26.2 miles per day) for the Laura Maguire foundation for children with terminal & critical illnesses.

In 2016 Stevey J ran around the entire island of Ireland, on one continuous journey through every county city and major town. In doing this he completed an epic journey of 40+ miles each day for a duration of 60 consecutive days. On day 60 he ran 57 miles.

In doing so he set a New World Record of 60 Ultra marathons in 60 days breaking the previous record x3 over...

Again, this was done for raising awareness and much-needed funds for children with Autism...

In 2017 his good work continued with Man v Horse as Stevey J completed a 24-hour race against several horses. Once again raising awareness and funds for Autism and running a total distance of 97 miles in the process…

Sister Madona Buder

She does it again! How special and inspiring it was in Penticton for the 30th and final Ironman Canada race to have a new world record set by the one and only Sister Madonna Buder aka the "Iron Nun".  A great inspiration to those young and old...

At the 2012 Ironman Canada event, Buder became the oldest woman to ever finish an Ironman race when she crossed the finish line at 16:32:00.  At the age of 82, she sets a new world record on the women's side. She might even be the world record holder for the oldest person, in general, to finish the gruelling 140.6-mile race as it seems Lew Hollander was the oldest man to finish an Ironman at 81. 

Her splits for the day consisted of a 1 hour - 36 minutes and 9 second Swim (2.4 miles), a 7 hour - 54 minutes and 15-second Bike (112 miles) which converts to roughly an average speed of 13.10 mph on the hilly bike course. She ends her night with a 6 hour - 41 minutes and 21 second Run (26.2 miles) for an overall time of 16:32:00.

Sister Madonna Buder also known as the "Iron Nun" is a Roman Catholic nun from Spokane, Washington.  She started running at the age of 48 and competed in her first Ironman when she was 55.  She has completed over 330 triathlons including countless Ironman and Ironman 70.3 events (30+). In 2005 at the Ironman World Championship race at age 75, she became the oldest woman ever to complete the race, finishing 1 hour before the 17-hour midnight cut-off time.  In 2006 in Kona at age 76, she again became the oldest woman ever to complete the race, this time barely finishing under the 17-hour mark with a time of 16:59:03.

BOB DELMONTE

Bob is known as America's premier senior fitness consultant. Born in 1919, he started lifting weights in his early teens and appeared on his first magazine cover in 1939.  A lifelong bodybuilder, his awe-inspiring photos have graced the covers and pages of magazines ever since.

Through the years he has served as doctor and trainer to the movie stars and professional athletes, alike. He also was astronaut John Glenn's personal trainer in the 1960s and again in 1998 when Senator Glenn made his heroic return to space.  Bob was also part-owner/operator of Executive Health Clubs International which operated 500 health clubs worldwide.

Most importantly for us, Bob is an example of how to slow and reverse aging and live life to the fullest.  At age 65 he noticed he was beginning to lose muscle tone, definition and mass. He decided he needed to grow younger and devised a program to do so. It must have worked because he says that at age 78 he was in the best shape of his life.  At age 80 he had more muscle mass than he'd ever had as proven by the photos of him through the years. The 82-year-old Bob bench pressed 300 pounds; and all through his 70s and at age 80 he ran a 26.2-mile marathon each year.
